GUARANTEE
As we have done for more than 30 years at Eron Johnson Antiques, we guarantee every item sold as represented on the price tag.
HOLDS
We will hold any item with no obligation for three (3) business days, after which it will be returned to stock.
ON APPROVAL
To assist in your selections we allow items to be taken on approval for up to three (3) business days with the guaranty of a check or credit card. If items are not returned within this time period, unless other arrangements are made, we will consider the items to be sold and deposit the funds.
CONDITION REPORTS
Due to our large volume of inventory we do not list condition reports online or on our price tags. We are pleased to provide upon request a detailed condition report outlining restorations, additions or damage.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by cash, certified checks, personal checks (with proper identification and pending bank clearance), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), money orders and online through PayPal. We will release items upon receipt of full payment.
PRICE POLICY
We do our best to insure the accuracy of prices listed on our web site, however prices are subject to change without notice. We do apologize for any errors or omissions.
INVENTORY AVAILABILITY
We update our website daily, however we cannot guarantee all items are available from the online catalog at the time of your request.
RESTORATION
Where possible we try to maintain our antiques in their original condition and limit restoration to cleaning and waxing. Further restoration or custom modifications are at the discretion of the client. We can assist you with making an informed decision and provide a list of names of restorers. Please note that these restorers are not employed by Eron Johnson Antiques and we cannot be held accountable for work that they do. Please read further on our Guidelines for Restoration.
STORAGE
Unless prior arrangements are made, all purchased goods must be removed from our premises within five (5) business days. Eron Johnson Antiques is waived from any damages that may occur to any item(s) left longer than ten (10) days on our premises. These items may also be subject to a storage fee of 5% of the purchase price per month.
SHIPPING
We are pleased to arrange shipping on your behalf with a delivery company that has experience in the handling of antiques. These independent shipping companies are not affiliated with Eron Johnson Antiques and we do not guarantee their services. If you choose to make your own delivery arrangements, please contact us with your pick-up date and the company you have selected. If you have not received your order within the expected time period please contact us and we will be pleased to track your shipment.
SHIPPING FEES
The purchase price does not include shipping, handling or insurance. Please note that all shipping charges must be paid prior to shipping.
TRANSIT TIME GUIDELINES
UNITED STATES DESTINATIONS
By Transport Truck
For orders of larger items that are sent to destinations within the United States via transport truck, you should expect to receive your order with 14-21 business days from the date of pickup. The shipping company will typically contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival to schedule a convenient delivery time.
By United States Postal Service
For orders of smaller non-fragile items with a value under $5000.00 we generally ship via USPS. The transit times are as follows:
Priority Mail: 2 days for most destinations
Parcel Post (for larger packages): 4-6 days for most destinations
By Small Goods Packing Company
These companies will pack and ship your items via a secondary carrier such as FedEx or UPS and generally take 1-5 business days based on the level of service.
INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
We will do our best to estimate arrival dates for goods sent to international destinations. However, please bear in mind that your order may be subject to delays in customs clearance from your home country. Please note that for a delivery to a final destination outside the United States, you will be responsible for the payment of all import duties.
SHIPPING ERRORS | DAMAGE
You should inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival. Please make note of any damage to boxes, product defects or errors when you sign for your delivery. Please report any damage promptly to us by e-mail or telephone us at (+1) 303.777.8700 within one (1) day of receipt of your order. All item(s) are fully insured by the shipper while in transit. Insurance claims for damage are subject to the shipper's terms and conditions as listed on their bill of lading.
SHOWROOM RETURNS
Items purchased in our showroom, excluding sale items, may be returned for store credit. If you are unsure about your selections we encourage you to take items out on approval first. Any refunds must be approved by the owner and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
ONLINE RETURNS
Items purchased online without first hand examination in our showroom may be returned for a full refund. Our conditions of refund are: that the item(s) must be returned to our store in the same condition as received, that we must be notified within two (2) days of receipt of goods of your intent to return them, items must be shipped back to Eron Johnson Antiques within four (4) business days of receipt of goods, and the client is responsible for shipping charges to return these item(s) to Eron Johnson Antiques.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Please note that items that have been restored or customized at your request are non-returnable and non-refundable.
