This classic piece is beautifully hand blown with a teardrop in the clear stem. It is a perfect size for a candy dish. Bristol glass was highly collected both in England and Europe during the late 18th and 19th centuries. Bristol cranberry glass was first introduced around 1850 and made by adding 24k gold to the lead crystal to achieve its deep red coloring. Note: small chip on rim.
