Holland's (San Angelo, Texas, 1918-present) Stamped: Holland, Sterling. With initials: ME. The monogram is gilt, possibly gold plated. The Western jewelry designs were first produced in 1936 and following the Depression a spur pin was gifted to President Franklin Roosevelt. The spur pin is a trademark design of the company to this day and designed to be worn as a tie clip.
