As we have done for over 25 years, we guarantee all items at Eron Johnson Antiques to be as described.
CONDITION REPORTS
Due to our large volume of inventory we do not list full condition reports on our Online Catalogue. We are pleased to provide upon request a detailed condition report outlining restorations, additions or damage.
RESTORATION
Where possible we try to maintain our antiques in their original condition and limit restoration to cleaning and waxing. Further restoration is at the discretion of the client. We can assist you with making an informed decision and provide a list of names of restorers. Please note that these restorers are not employed by Eron Johnson Antiques and we cannot be held accountable for work that they do. Please read further on our Guidelines for Restoration.
PRICE POLICY
We do our best to insure the accuracy of prices listed on our web site, however prices are subject to change without notice. We do apologize for any errors or omissions.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, money orders, certified checks and personal checks (with proper identification and pending bank clearance). We also accept payment online through PayPal. Simply click the link at the bottom of the page once we have provided via e-mail your invoice number, the total amount including sales tax and shipping (if applicable). For orders shipped within Colorado please add all applicable local and state taxes. Items can not be released without full payment.
DELIVERY and SHIPPING
The purchase price does not include delivery, packing or shipping. As a service to our clients, we can provide a list of independent shipping companies experienced in the handling of antiques. However, we do not endorse nor guarantee their services. We require that you insure your item(s) while in transit.
We are happy to make delivery arrangements and obtain shipping quotes for our clients. All items must be removed or delivery arrangements made within five working days from the purchase date unless other arrangements are made. Eron Johnson Antiques is waived from any damages that may occur to any item(s) left longer than ten days on our premises. These items may also be subject to a storage fee of 5% of the purchase price per month.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Unforturnately, due to high incidence of reported internet fraud we cannot ship to the following countries: Nigeria, Romania, Yugoslavia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Macedonia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Egypt, Colombia and Malaysia. This list may change without notice.
INVENTORY AVAILABILITY
We update our website daily, however we cannot guarantee all items are available from the Online Catalogue at the time of your request.
HOLD REQUESTS
As a courtesy to our clients, we will hold an item from our Online Catalogue for three business days.
EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is of primary importance to us at Eron Johnson Antiques. In the event that you are not pleased with your purchase(s) from our Online Catalogue, it may be returned for a full refund. Our conditions of refund are: that the item(s) must be returned to our store in the same condition as received, we must be notified within two days of receipt of goods of your intent to return them, items must be shipped back to Eron Johnson Antiques within four business days of receipt of goods, and the client is responsible for shipping charges to return these item(s) to Eron Johnson Antiques. This refund policy applies only to those goods purchased online, without first hand examination in our showroom.
