The undersigned thereby assumes all responsibility and liability for collection and payment of any and all applicable taxes with respect to receipts from the resale of such property to other users and/or consumers. To activate this registration, the undersigned agrees to submit a copy of their resale license. This registration shall continue in full force until revoked by written notice from the undersigned.
